User Data Deletion Instructions

Sirivet Animal Hospital ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by SIRIVET ANIMAL HEALTH CO., LTD, uses an internal integration with Meta to receive and manage messages sent to our Facebook Page. This integration may process limited information received from Meta in order to receive, review, and respond to those messages.

If you have contacted our Facebook Page, you may request deletion of the data associated with that interaction that we hold. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, contact us using any of the following:

To help us locate and verify the correct data, please include:

• Your name
• The Facebook profile or Page name you used to contact the hospital
• An approximate date of the interaction
• Enough information to identify the relevant message or interaction

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in your request. We may ask for additional information, but only as needed to verify your identity and identify the relevant data. Once your request is verified, we will delete or de-identify the applicable data that we control, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-retention obligations where applicable.

Data received from Meta

At a high level, our integration is intended to process information related to Facebook Page messaging that is necessary to receive, review, and manage customer conversations. This may include identifiers, message metadata (such as timestamps and message direction), and message content associated with those conversations.

Data not controlled by this page

Deleting data that Sirivet Animal Hospital holds does not automatically delete data that Meta or Facebook retains independently. To manage or delete data held directly by Meta/Facebook, you may need to use Meta's or Facebook's own account and privacy controls separately.
